Meta-Conscious Leaders is a new podcast channel focused on illuminating and celebrating an emerging paradigm of business leadership that is a quantum shift from the mainstream, established Western materialist mindset.
Whilst humanity faces multiple existential challenges, there are many whose insights and vision of reality are showing a way forward that is positive, inspiring and profoundly meaningful.
At the heart of the new paradigm is the notion, supported by quantum science and leading thinkers in multiple disciplines, that we, the world, and the Universe are not fundamentally physical bits of matter, but rather expressions of a conscious field of potentiality. This world view of a conscious Universe, is challenging the established, mainstream “Western” belief of materialism, which posits that all which exists is fundamentally physical and that consciousness emerges from the brain.
The implications of this for our societies, businesses and us as leaders are enormous because we, in seeking happiness and fulfilment, derive our meaning, values and purpose from our understanding of reality and beliefs of what life is about – our “world view”.
To paraphrase Einstein, we cannot solve problems at the level of thinking at which they were created and so he reminds us that only by raising our level of cognition and understanding, or “consciousness”, can we individually or collectively, respond wisely to our challenges and minimise the suffering that is already being experienced by so many.
As “business” is both the organising principle and the activity that is dominant around the globe, business leaders are especially well positioned to have a major impact in shaping our collective future.
Meta-Conscious Leaders is a platform where the fusion of multiple disciplines including science, psychology, philosophy, meta-physics and spirituality, with leadership, reveals a depth of meaning and purpose which transcend common perceptions.
