About us

Greg Suart

I started my coaching practice in 2003 since when I have worked as a Coach, Mentor and Trainer for Business Owners, Senior Executives and Teams alike. My work is personally and commercially focused and always results oriented with organisational goals a principle benchmark for assessment. I particularly enjoy working with visionary companies that have a commitment to transcend the normal and develop rapidly benefiting individuals, teams and the company.

With a successful background working in multinational companies, an MBA (Cranfield School of Management) and experience in setting up companies with financial investments, I am a trained Coach, Master Practitioner in NLP and in hypnosis. I am a member of the Association for Coaching and a published author having co-written Wisdom Cards for use in business.

I set out to combine the practical goals of driving a business forward with the inherent desire of individuals to have a positive impact in their work and to develop and feel fulfilled in themselves. These two elements underpin outstanding individual / team performance and thereby support achievement of commercial aims. Typically, I work with Executives and Leadership Teams.

Whilst corporate coaching is my main focus, over time I have deliberately varied my activities – having worked with charities – entrepreneurship with young unemployed; in schools delivering leadership, entrepreneurship and personal development for teenagers in disadvantaged areas; in high security prisons delivering stress management programs to offenders; and with the general public.

The four pillars of my practice are:
1. Personal Mastery
2. Emotional Intelligence
3. Transcendent Leadership
4. High Performance Teams

High Performance Teams
Working in teams is at the heart of business and builds and strengthens leadership within the senior management team.  Successful harnessing of the full potential of individuals as members of a high performing team ensures retention of the best staff who become the back bone for future performance; and wins the hearts and minds of all staff creating a unified force that is focused on common endeavours / KPIs.

“Five Behaviours of a High Performing Team” is a structured programme for addressing and nurturing the essential qualities that are vital in high performance.  Outstanding outcomes are achieved by building Trust as a solid basis for action leading to creative Conflict resolution; inspiring personal Commitment and Accountability to individual and collective roles; and finally successful achievement of Results.

Transcendent Leadership – Synthesis of Being and Action
Transcendent leadership is a further evolution of leadership practice in the face of increasingly complex challenges being confronted by leaders. At its core it is a leader’s personal journey in search of meaning, identity, purpose and that which is “more-than”. Transcendent Leadership is radical to some and straightforward to others – it means different things to different practitioners. Here it is taken to be the embodiment of leadership as service for the highest good in which development of Self Awareness and Personal Mastery enable a leader to be fully present, attentive and engaged, with their best leadership practice infused with the powerful wisdom of their true Self. In this flow state, the skillful “Doing” of leadership is transformed and enhanced by the full “Being” of leadership – a fusion that makes the impossible synergistically possible.

To transcend the ever-arising limitations, real and unreal, that we either create or buy into, whether of the mind, body, or emotional, is a necessary step prior to engagement with that which is “beyond”, “greater than”. The process is usually a re-evaluation of what is really important and what is truly real – a process in which everything is questioned, yes everything, including the ground we stand on and our very identity – the shedding of old skins and the acceptance of vulnerability in order to create space for the emergence of unbounded possibility.

What clients say

  • Over the years the Bank has provided me with a number of formal courses and opportunities to develop and hone my inter-personal skills, and better understand Emotional Intelligence. However none of these sessions have ever resonated with me in the same way as your coaching and mentoring style. It is a delight and a privilege to watch you, and to directly observe how a person’s behaviour and demeanour can elicit different responses from other people.
    Director, NatWest Bank
  • (as a) coach and mentor for the company’s senior executives … he has made a significant and valuable contribution at a personal pastoral level and in supporting managers as the company has grown, restructured and expanded its operations.  As well as 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring Greg has also lead and contributed to group coaching and training events with the company’s senior management during this time. This service has proved very useful in developing key leadership skills for senior executives and has been very well received by all those on the training.
    CEO Imperial Consultants
  • It has been fantastic to work with you Greg – thank you so much for everything. Our paths crossing coincided with a very difficult time in my life and you have had a profound effect on my journey back on track. I’m constantly inspired by your teachings, you’ve really nurtured the spiritual side of me and in doing so have started me off on a path I think I’ll continue to walk for life. For that I’ll be forever grateful.
    Kate, Company Director
  • As a coach Greg has great empathy, intuition, patience, warmth and skill.  He is an excellent listener and as a person working with an organisation he is committed, loyal and reliable.  He’s a corporate ‘thinker’ and thinks outside-the-box.
    CEO, The Tsu’chu Biz Foundation
  • ... powerful personal coaching … (Greg) has a keen understanding of the corporate and commercial world … worked with me in an empathetic way … allowed me to manage conflict, view complex situations with less emotion and a more objective viewpoint.
    Head of LG Mobile
  • By the way I’ve been reading various stuff on coaching and from what I can see you are operating on a completely different plateau to the norm.
